Özgen A.Ş. was founded in 1950 in Haliç Ayvansaray by Şevket Özgen, who built a reputation for his commitment to universal business values over the years in his commercial activities. He is also renowned as a strong defender of work ethics and has always worked to advance the cultivation of business ethics. He has proved his sensitivity about these core values to his country, employees, customers, suppliers and business partners. Honesty under all conditions, continued product and services innovation and development remain as his unchanging principles.

A.Aygün Özgen graduated from the İstanbul University’s economy department in 1982. Özgen took on active roles in the group’s companies during his university years. After completing his compulsory military service, he moved to Ayvansaray, where the company headquarters is located, and started working full-time. He is fluent in English.

Emre Özgen graduated from the department of industrial engineering of Işık University in 2009. Following the completion his compulsory military service, he held several positions at Özgen A.Ş. He is fluent in French and English.
